tomorrow ~ 1st day of clinical phase of my course..

yeay!! the day has finally come! cant wait for tomorrow! i bet its gonna be great n tiring too! hihihi

nway, gotta postpone my blogging on the holidays lah.. ;p later ya peeps.. hihi

lisboa city still, day 2..

hurmm...
day 2.. start our day wif a breakfast at the small-nice café next to our hostel.. then went back to the Baixa street to find a tourism stop centre there. to inquire about the bus tour services available. n since the bus tour starts in an hour's time, we make full use of the time to do some 'real' shopping!! hahahha.. i love to shop now! dont know wut has gotten into me!! hihhihi..



the tour bus~ its a hop-on-hop-off kinda a thing. so, we're allowed to stop and get off at any places that we like n wait for another bus later... lisbon is really a nice city... n its cold too!! nyesal pakai nipis jer!! they said its gonna be quite warm this time around.. tipu!!! n for that, ive got a reason to buy some warmer clothes! hihi..



our first stop, its a park of which i cant seem to remember its name. a real nice park. took our time to take some pics then had a drink~ a tiny-miny-cup of expresso! nice..!!






next stop--> Belém, by the sea.. another beautiful place. there's the torre de belém...


then the 1960 discoveries monument on the other side wif the 25th of april bridge kat belakang dia. this bridge has the similarities wif the bridge that the americans have; the san francisco's golden gate bridge. lepas amek2 gamba went to buy some souvenirs while waiting for the bus.



sambung our tour lagik but didnt make any stop dah.. pusing2 around lisbon city before the bus get back to the commerce square. then we make way to that castello up the hill~ the castelo de sao jorge aka the st. george castle. then head back to the hostel to get our stuff then terus gie bus station. got a bus to seville, spain to catch... sampai seville pagi2 bute... sangat sejuk!! then rehat2 there n get our selves 'cleaned' at the station as we're only gonna spend a day there... at late afternoon we've got to take another bus to cordoba.

portugal~ lisboa city... day 1

heyya!! its been awhile since the last time me updating this blog. dah almost seminggu balik from this 10-days-portugal-spain trip! i really had a blast!!! n fallen in love wif la-alhambra... such an enchanting place to live.


okey then, i shud start wif the first place that we visit. LISBON @ LISBOA! nice city... we arrived at the airport at about 10++ am. then tarik our luggage around the city to find a place to stay! why?? sebab we didnt make a reservation n luckily we found one.. not bad. about 16€ per nite. cheap huh? hihi...
then went out to the city centre to find the bus station.. need to buy a bus ticket to seville for the next day. its kinda leceh to find the station tho.. ngan ppl there hardly speak englese... huhu.. jumpe the station but the counter was closed! lunch time!! lost tract of the time.. i guess. hehehhee...

so, we make our way to nearest shopping mall~ vasco da gama!did some window shopping then some sight-seeing n had our lunch at McD!! n for the first time, i had fillet o'fish! not bad at all... yup, especially when ur starving n got nothing else to eat. ;p. after lunch, head back to the bus station, get the ticket n back to our hostel. semayang2 n rehat2 kejap then kuar semule..

where to this time?? its time for some 'walk' up the hill to the castello. nie lagi satu acara yg memenatkan... see that pic? its really high up the hill... n quite far tho... n we actually walk up there when we can easily took a bus. but its gonna be the experience that we'll never forget!! hahahha.. planned to watch the sun-set from up there.. n the funny thing is, by the time we arrived, its already dark n the place is closed for visit!! cheh!! adekepatut!!! penat jer!! hehehh.. but then, bile lagi nak jalan cam nie.. hihi.. then we took a bus back to our place...




before balik hostel, decided to do some more walking around the city near our place... make our way to the Commerce Square via the shopping street of Baixa. urm.. do u know that most of the shops here actually displayed almost all their stuff in the shop at the window?? hahhaa.. so, dont waste ur time to enter the shop if u cant find anything u like on the display window. (this is wut a real window shopping means!! i guess! ^_^)


then walk to the opposite way pulak... n jumpe lah Hard Rock Café. one of our friend wanted to buy some stuff for her fren. then balik... n on the way balik, one of the people yg jage kedai tepi jalan all of a sudden yelled something that we couldnt really understand but all we can catch was, '.... bin laden.....' then they gave a hard laugh! wut the heck!! huhuhu...

sampai hostel, wut else to do? tido!! gonna have a long day tomorrow!
